Processing Time

All Art of Dough products are handmade in small batches.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or sales, processing times may extend slightly

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (delivery times vary by carrier)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any promotions for free or discounted shipping will be clearly noted on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • Art of Dough is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delays are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Holiday & High-Volume Periods

During holidays, sales, and peak seasons:

  • Processing and delivery times may be longer than usual

  • We recommend ordering early for gifts
